For Annelin Kallevik, everyday work is about quality, collaboration, and continuous development. She joined Mørenot in 2019 as a production worker and has since advanced to the role of Team Lead for Special Products. Today, she is responsible for ensuring smooth production, material availability, and effective knowledge sharing across the team.
– "If I see something that can be improved, I get really motivated. It energizes me to create systems that work better for everyone,” Annelin explains.
She has developed clear work procedures to make sure knowledge is not lost when someone is away. This has led to better flow, fewer errors, and less waste. Annelin also plays a key role in training new employees and is passionate about inspiring her colleagues to grow—whether that means taking on new tasks or pursuing professional certifications.
– "Sharing knowledge and motivating others is something I truly enjoy,” she says.
