Designed for the natural behavior of halibut, our shelves provide a crucial space-saving solution in aquaculture pens. Most of the day, halibuts prefer to remain still; our shelves cater to this by allowing them to rest without overlapping each other, especially during feeding when they are most active. This design prevents the stacking of halibut at the bottom of the pen, ensuring healthier living conditions.
Each shelf is approximately 18 meters in circumference, crafted from durable netting securely attached to a ring structure. The shelves are reinforced with orange webbing straps capable of withstanding up to 10 tons of force, stitched together with extra-strong industrial thread.
